Frances is a hoot! What a wonderful, profession, passionate and thoughtful woman. I had a blast with her while seeing Dr. Pei. Frances is amazing. She can choose the best frame for you face and use. She was able to customize a set if sunglasses for me to fit my needs. Then my wife "discovered" her while we were still in Texas. It became necessary to fly her every year to Tampa for glasses.
